Zervant, the invoicing software company headquartered in Espoo has been acquired by Danish Financial management group Ageras Group. Founders Tuukka Koskinen and Mattias Hansson were aiming to create a digital solution to help entrepreneurs get paid faster for their work. The product was Zervant – an intuitive and powerful invoicing solution tailor made for small business owners.
The company now has more than 700,000 registered users across Europe alone.
