Finnish AdTech company Smartly.io acquires Google-focused creative optimization platform

Smartly.io, a Finnish advertising platform with a main focus on automating social advertising to allow for better productivity and creativity, has acquired the London-based creative management platform Ad-Lib.io.

Smartly.io was founded in 2013 and since then, the company has been creating attractive and effective ads for its customers. Now the company has acquired another successful name in the business, Ad-Lib.io, in a deal that is worth over $100 million.
