Scientific Conference on Economics and Entrepreneurship 2023

The Organizing Committee is pleased to announce the 64th International Scientific Conference on Economics and Entrepreneurship, titled “Institutional Capacities and Values: Promoting Research for Development,” to be held at Riga Technical University. The conference aims to provide an academic platform for researchers to share their latest developments and research findings. Participants from around the world are welcome. Payment must be made in EUR with the conference code SCEE2023 CONFERENCE and participants’ Name and Surname included in the Details field.

On behalf of the Organizing Committee we are pleased to announce that Riga Technical University 64th International Scientific Conference “Scientific Conference on Economics and Entrepreneurship” (SCEE’2023) will be held on 12th of October 2023 at 5 Paula Valdena str., Riga, Latvia, RTU Scientific Library.

Topic of the conference is «Institutional Capacities and Values: Promoting Research for Development».

SCEE’2023 provides an academic platform for researchers to present the latest developments, research findings, ideas, and applications about all aspects of science and business. The purpose of this conference is to come together with scientific studies scholars working in different disciplines, to exchange knowledge and experiences and thus to prepare the ground for multidisciplinary studies. The conference will bring together scientists, researchers and PhD students from around the world.

You are kindly invited to participate and take advantage of the opportunity to present your unpublished abstracts or/and full-length scientific papers. The official languages of the Conference are English and Latvian.

All papers are going to be selected according to double peer reviews and accepted papers will be published in:

• The conference proceedings (ISSN 2256-0866) or

•  In these peer-reviewed scientific journals, referred on international databases ((abstracted and indexed in EBSCO, ProQuest, Versita and VINITI data bases):

• “Economics and Business” (https://sciendo.com/journal/eb)
• “Baltic Journal of Real Estate Economics and Construction Management” (https://sciendo.com/journal/BJREECM)

The conference materials will be submitted for indexing at Thomson Reuters Science Web of Science CPCI-S (ISTP Indexing). At the same time, the conference organizers do not guarantee the inclusion of the conference proceedings in the database.

Submission of Abstracts and Full Papers

Auhtors shall e-mail the abstracts to [email protected]  before October 1, 2023. Authors shall email the full paper (6 to 10 pages) along with signed and scanned guarantee form to [email protected] before October 30, 2023. The journal’s requirements for articles are available on the website of the corresponding Journal.

Conference participant EUR 80.00 (eighty euros)

Accompanying person / student* EUR 50.00 (fifty euros)

After October 1, 2023:

Conference participant EUR 100.00 (one hundred euros)

Accompanying person / student* EUR 70.00 (seventy euros)

Publication without participation EUR 30.00 (thirty euros)

*The student fee applies to PhD and full time students only. A copy of the international student ID-card must be emailed to: [email protected] . Otherwise, there will be no student registration fee payment possible.

Conference fees will not be refunded for any reason.
