Our carefully selected treats will guide you through a Nordic culinary experience, making your visit to Arctic15 memorable not only because of the quality of networking but the rich nourishment. For this, we partnered again with Chef Markus Nikko from Krog16 to create an unforgettable menu.

But first, coffee. NewCo Helsinki Cafe where we will serve Kaffa Roastery‘s fine locally roasted coffee blends non-stop. Go for the barista’s speacialty coffee or fine filtered if in a rush, both will get you properly caffeinated for the day.

You are your best when you boost with radiant healthy energy: grab a smoothie in the morning to cover your necessary vitamin intake for the day. You can try four different flavours over the course of two days and find your favourite.

Continue by indulging in local specialities like Finnish flatbread, creamy salmon soup with dill, or the Swedish Västerbotten cheese. If you are looking for a more hearty meal, Moose meatballs, Angus mini burgers won’t let you down. Vegans, don’t stop reading just yet! We have delicious options for you too, from crispy falafel to forest mushroom and cashew butter flavoured romanesco.

Portions are tasting-friendly so you can try everything, no need to make a choice. Reserve tough decisions for doing business, at lunch, just go for everything. This way, instead of contemplating what you’ll get, engage in networking during lunch break as well, the best conversations start over food. What is a better icebreaker than asking someone what’s their favourite item so far?

Never skip dessert! Whatever diet you are following, the dessert table is not something to easily dismiss here. For local specialities, look for anything with lingonberry or cloudberry in it. A touch of French cuisine is always welcome: make sure you check out our exquisite macaron selection. And for the more adventurous out there, the real deal is white choco mousse with the (in)famous liquorice: an instant love-hate relationship blossoms from your first encounter with this black candy that definitely won’t leave you without strong feelings.
