Whatever you had planned for next week, cancel it. Unless your plan was to go to Latitude59, a startup conference in Estonia that is picking up speed every year. With themed days, it was a blast last time around and attracted great speakers from all over the globe.
This year, the team behind the event tried to make it even more impressive and gathered a great selection of speakers. Perhaps even more interestingly, there are surprisingly many investors who signed-up to speak and attend the event.
The first day of the conference is titled “Tech Company In A Nustshell” and contains interesting items such as “The roots of Skype go back to one email” by Skype developer Jaan Tallinn and VC Pitches: “How We Compete: Reverse Pitching”, which should definitely be fun. The second day will look at “What’s Behind The Curve” and we are definitely excited to see a VC Panel with ten investors and a technology trends fireside chat.
During both days, there will be a pitching competition for startups with main prizes such as 20 000 USD woth of services from the Google Cloud Platfrom, Free Demo Booth and VIP access at Slush and our own ArcticStartup PR and coaching package. There is still time to apply, which you can do here.
It is great to have a startup event during the summer, while it is still hot outside. The tickets are at an affordable €59 and there is a limited number of them available. ArcticStartup team will be and will be hunting for great stories, so we hope to see you all there next week.
