Danske Bank has started to send its Finnish business customers wanting to use equity crowdfunding to Invesdor platform under a new co-operation pact between the two financial institutions.
The the first projects are being evaluated, Invesdor said on Monday.
In the past month, several banks across Europe have announced their upcoming entrances into the crowdfunding market, with Danske’s local rival Nordea promising to launch its own crowdfunding service.In
In Invesdor and Danske Bank’s cooperation model, Danske Bank can guide its business customers in need of equity financing to Invesdor service. Invesdor evaluates each company separately, and the ones suitable for crowdfunding can pursue equity financing as Invesdor’s clients.
Invesdor has so far raised 887,250 euros in its crowdfunding campaign which reached its minimum target of 750,000 euros in 9 hours.
