Zervant Scraps Its Subscription Service to Offer Free Invoicing to Europe’s 20 Million Entrepreneurs

One of the hottest Finnish fintech startups – online invoicing platform Zervant announced it will now provide its software to users for free outside of its home markets of Finland and Sweden. The first on the list to enjoy unlimited invoicing is France, with other international markets – Germany and the UK – soon to follow.

Previously Zervant started to charge customers upon a 30 day trial according to their invoicing requirements. The new software allows users to create and send an unlimited number of invoices, at no cost. Discussing the change Mattias Hansson, Zervant’s CEO, explained that “our vision has always been to provide the very best invoicing software for all of Europe’s 20 million small business owners. We want to reach even more entrepreneurs, and make it as simple as possible for them to run their businesses.

Zervant makes life easier by providing simple online invoicing for small businesses, freelancers and entrepreneurs. To date they have 150 000 registered users, were able to raise over 8 million Euros of venture capital and angel funding, and sign a major partnership with banking giant ING Belgium. The company plans to cover 80% of the EU market, in terms of population, by the end of 2017. Let’s wish them best of luck!
