Today we’re really excited to announce our conference, Arctic15: Exit Path.

Taking place just before the start of summer on May 27th and 28th in Helsinki, ArcticStartup and our event friends at NiceUp are putting the right people together in the room with an solid program designed to provide our readers and our region with value.

As the name suggests, we’ll be taking attendees down a path through every stage of a company’s lifecycle, from the idea phase, bootstrapping, raising those first rounds, growth & scaling, and into IPOs and acquisitions. The idea here is to paint a picture of the road to an exit, and to have practical talks for every stage of a company’s lifecycle, so there’s something for everyone.

Nearly every startup conference you go to has the nice mix of investors to balance out the mass of entrepreneurs (and we plan to have the same!) but in addition, we want our region’s startup’s to get friendly with corporate acquirers so we have more exit news to write about. To support the financial side of the equation we’ll be providing attendees with matchmaking, startup/investor speed dating, as well as reverse pitching by large corporations. It’s never too early to get to know the giants in the room.
