International accelerators of Estonia, both of them, as Startup Wise Guys (SWG) is returning to Tallinn, will take applications for their next batches until January 31.

Tartu-based BuildIT invites teams building hardware and creative industries’ products, while SWG is focused on early stage B2B startups.

The accelerator raised 406,000 euros for investing in the 11 startups from the crowd. After the teams are chosen, investors can also start trading on the newsflow from the batch on Funderbeam platform.

The 8th programme of SWG starts on March 13. So far teams from Latvia, Ukraine, Estonia, Romania and Lithuania have been most active to apply.

“We are looking for B2B startups that have already some traction or minimum viable product, but even more so we are looking for great teams that have what it takes, ready to sweat and suffer to make their dreams come true,” said Cristobal Alonso, global CEO of SWG.
