It’s time to see what’s cooking up North! Pitchfest Oulu is kicking off on Thursday, and it looks like a good lineup of of speakers and startups to check out. Tickets are still available, with startup tickets running just €40. In the two-day event, they’ll have talks during the day, and a good lineup of music in the evening. At the event they’ll have 80 great startups pitching, investors milling around, as well as some international entrepreneur gurus in the jury.
Last September CNN put Oulu on the list of upcoming startup cities. People from outside Oulu might snicker a little, but it’s true that there is a lot of technical talent centered around the university and pouring
