Helsinki-headquartered Smarp, an early mover in the market for employee advocacy solutions, said on Wednesday it has raised 3 million euros from Vision+, Tekes and Finnvera for strengthening its global expansion, focusing on Britain and United States.
It also launched Smarpscore, the world’s first professional influencer index, saying it would help professionals to share their content and understand its effect across their networks. In the long term, the solution will help them create more valuable content for themselves and their employers.
Currently, Smarp clientele includes EMC, EY and ABN Amro, and it has 55 employees in Helsinki, London, New York, Stockholm, and Dubai. In total, it has so far raised more than 5 million euros.
