Sign Up For Entrepreneurial Coworkation Retreat In Bali

Scandinavia is at its beauty during the summer, but gets really grey and rainy when autumn hits in. Project Getaway offers a great opportunity to extend your summer and escape the Nordic rain season. Startups from the Nordic and Baltic region are welcome to join a one month coworkation program in October in Bali. Here’s how it will look like:

Project Getaway is the brainchild of Michael Bodekaer, a Danish tech entrepreneur and the founder of the event. Michael initially got his start with the inception of his first company at the tender age of 15. While he loved being an entrepreneur, as he got older he wondered what he was missing in the corporate world. After a few years in a fancy, corporate job, he realized he hadn’t been missing anything and that his true purpose was to start companies with the mission of changing the world for the better. After quitting his job, it was apparent that Michael’s next step would need to be life-changing. With a newly re-confirmed love of entrepreneurship, a desire to be inspired by beautiful places and his unbridled passion for connecting with like-minded people, the idea for Project Getaway was born. Michael packed his bags, headed to Bali and hosted the very first event. Over the last 8 years, the event has taken place in amazing exotic locations like Bali, Thailand and Mauritius.

This year Project Getaway is now welcoming applicants for extra special 10th coworkation event. The program includes workshops from international and Nordic tech superstars, like Marco Raab, Head of Marketing and Communications Red Bull Media House, Bjarke Staun-Olsen, Founder Alipes Capital, Investment Manager Creandum, and more. The event will feature a number of keynotes, workshops, parties, amazing adventures and time to network with fellow participants and take each other’s startups to the next level.

Project Getaway is a brilliant way to explore whether working remotely works for your business. Plus you get to meet and share ideas with a variety of super smart entrepreneurs and live in an incredible place. I can’t recommend Project Getaway highly enough.” – comments Jacqueline Biggs Best-selling author on Amazon.
