Today Neil Murray from The Nordic Web announced The Nordic Web Angel Fund – a new initiative for early-stage startups from the Nordics.
The Nordic Web Ventures will invest in 10-15 Nordic startups over the next 12 months aiming to become one of the most active investors in the region. Backed by nearly 50 highly influenced people from the Nordics startup scene such as Johan Brand, co-founder of Kahoot! and co-founder of ArcticStartup Ville Vesterinen, The Nordic Web Ventures will invest between $25-75,000 into the most ambitious Nordic startups starting off today. The fund will focus on helping its companies to get the product to market, providing advisory support, hiring help, media visibility and further fundraising if needed.
