Swedish investor Joel Enquist, who is currently based in California, US, just recently left Creandum to join a Finnish company Better Doctor as a Director Of Strategic Finance & Operations
Joel told us that while being a VC you may be a part of many exciting journeys, but it is hard to take credits for the teams’ hard work. He is in his bloom to be a direct part of building something big right in the middle of Silicon Valley. So he did and joined a team of Better Doctor to handle their financial affairs. BetterDoctor is in a very interesting phase as it raised $11M in funding this June.
Only the future will tell how the new adventure will unfold. Joel said he still has a very good relationship with Creandum and it is not unlikely that he may come back to the firm in 5 years or so.
