Norwegian startup CLTRe launched on Wednesday at CeBIT technology fair SaaS-based toolkit which helps companies to improve their security culture.
The toolkit is based on the Security Culture Framework created by CLTRe’s founder and CEO Kai Roer.
“The human factor is still one of the top reasons for data breaches today. Effectively training employees to help them discover and avoid threats has been largely unsuccessful if we are to believe the data breach reports,” Roer said in a statement.
CLTRe Toolkit focuses on improving employees’ habits and social behavior that impact security. As Roer emphasizes, security awareness training should not be about the number of employees trained but how employees change their social behavior.
