Media. We consume it everyday, be it through video, audio, text or other means. In some sense – media runs the world and that’s why we created the Media Honeypot conference that is free for startups.
Media is an industry undergoing one of the fastest disruption interferences. Broadcasters and publishers – have to revisit the drawing board daily and innovate constantly in order to stay in the game.
When it comes to startups, they are constantly trying to figure out the next big thing in content and media. Whether it is the next generation streaming app, a new way to create podcasts from radio shows or a search engine for video content.
You can see where this is going, can’t you?
We truly believe that if existing media companies work closely with startups – they can innovate together and disrupt the market faster.
For this reason, we created the Media Honeypot – a conference where startups get to meet C-Level executives and decision makers of media corporations.
Best of all, it is free for startups to attend and you can apply for the ticket here. With our Deal Room concept at its core – you will spend the day meeting key decision makers that can either become a client, a partner, an investor or even an acquirer for your startup.
We expect 100-150 executives and you can meet all the relevant ones in just a day, which could otherwise take years to reach.
Since the event is looking for only TOP 75 media related startups – you can apply here.
There will be a balanced mix between early stage and later stage companies and your startup does not have to strictly be a media company – it can also be targeting media companies as clients.
We already have a great speaker lineup including:
Rahul Chopra, CEO of Storyful which got acquired by News Corp
Mike Vorhaus, President of Magid Advisors, Director of Perion
Arnd Benninghoff, CEO of MTGx Digital Ventures at MTGx Modern Times Group
Eero Korhonen, Head of Strategic Relationships at Google
Christophe Aumaitre, Investment Director (7Travel) of ProSiebenSat.1 Media SE
