Blast From The Past: First Copenhagen ArcticEvening Since 2009

Getting ready for our ArcticEvening event this Friday, for which you can register here, I realized that we have not done one since 2009. That is even before myself and Greg joined the company. That is the year ArcticStartup was registered as a company itself, actually. In other words – ancient history.

The fun part was to discover a set of slides from that event. If you are from Copenhagen, can you help us identify these people and tell us what they have achieved or how they have failed since then?

Coming back to 2015, we want to rock it this time around. For which reason we are brining plenty of beer, great speakers and the ArcticStartup networking vibe. Sharing is caring, so we will tell you all there is to know about hacking events and conferences.

That’s right – how do you get an investor to invest into your company on the spot? How do you sneak into the speaker lounge? How do you prepare and choose the right events for your company? RSVP here, to enjoy the event.

In addition to us, we will hear a talk on growth hacking by CEO and co-founder of GoMore, Matias Dalsgaard. GoMore is Scandinavia’s largest platform for carpooling and private car hire with more than 250k users in the Nordics and 200k in Spain. So they know what they are talking about.

Additionally, we will have a short pitching competition, with the winners getting tickets and demo stand at Arctic15. To participate, please e-mail info (A) arctic15.com

The event is organized together with Trendsonline and will be held at the Rocket Labs premises. So expect a lot of the usual suspects but also new people with whom you have not met before.
