Reddit is in the news again after a controversial couple of weeks. We won’t waste any ink summarizing the internet drama, but what’s interesting to us is that the new CEO is the original co-founder, Steve Huffman, who left the “front page of the internet” to start Hipmunk, the travel search site.
We caught up with Huffman soon after he started Hipmunk at 2011’s Arctic15, where he gave a great talk about starting up Reddit and some Hipmunk goodness thrown in there for good measure. To get some insight to where Reddit came from and where it might be going, check the video below:
