Stockholm-based crowdfunding platform FundedByMe raised 1,156,273 euros in a financing round which closed on its own platform over Midsummer.
The platform sold 6.2 percent of the company to 376 investors.
FundedByMe has successfully crowdfunded itself twice prior to this round – the first was in 2012, raising 4.4 million Swedish crowns and in March 2014, raising 6.4 million crowns. It has said the current round was likely its last own crowdfunding round.
Its Finnish rival Invesdor closed slightly larger round last week, raising 1.23 million euros.
