Finnish Arcusys Opens an Office in London

Arcusys, Jonsuu-based  software company working in the digital transformation of learning, opened an office in England in August. The London office will focus on company’s global sales. The new office is located in Europe’s largest tech community for finance, Level39.

Our international growth has been quick, and we have invested in local presence because it builds added-value into our already competitive solution. The location of the new office supports our global sales and helps us to reach new customers, particularly in the finance sector,” says Janne Hietala, Chief Commercial Officer at Arcusys Ltd.

Indeed, when it comes to banking and financial sector, fintech companies experience a constant need to train their staff. Arcusys offers a convenient learning platform called Valamis – Learning Experience Platform. The benefits of Valamis, compared to other solutions on the market, are its flexibility and comprehensive analytics in learning, which enables career-long learning paths. Valamis combines two top areas of Finnish expertise—training and technology—and helps companies tap into the benefits of digitalization. The platform is already used by NASA, and is contributing to Epic Challenge – an initiative for students to tackle the epic challenge of sustaining humans on Mars.

This is already the second international office opened this year. Earlier, Arcusys established a subsidiary in Wiesbaden, Germany. In summer 2015, it opened an office in Boston, USA. For the new office in London, Arcusys is planning to recruit new personnel locally. Last year the company was listed as one of the Finland’s Best Workplace in the category of medium enterprises.
